Every item we offer is created with intention, printed with love, and made specifically for you. Because each piece is made to order, we operate with conscious manufacturing principles that reduce waste while honoring our customers with fairness and integrity.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns on eligible items that meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Tags must be attached and the item in original condition

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions or appears used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
Because we are a small business, all returns are manually processed at this time.
To request a return:

Email us at help@theconsciouscodeclothing.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll provide the return mailing address for our Light of Mine office and instructions for shipping your item back.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot issue store credit for items lost in transit.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved returns will receive store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@theconsciouscodeclothing.com with:

Clear photos showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
We will handle the issue through our production partner, who will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
4. Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Final sale or clearance pieces

Gift cards
-
Limited-edition drops and collaborations
5. Refunds & Store Credits
All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
This credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
Store credit is processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and approving your returned item.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered at this time.
6. Shipping Responsibility

For customer-initiated returns, the buyer covers return shipping.

For damaged or incorrect items, The Conscious Code covers all replacement or refund costs through our production partner

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
